Here ok its simple Gorosei thought this fruit was a legend a myth because Zunisha was actually a man during the void century and didnt actually died because he was there during perhaps the start and the end of the void century. They were looking for zunisha’s devil fruit and the man behind it for very long time and thought that this fruit and this mandidnt existed and only a myth who knows what would happen to Zunisha once he return to his human form, perhaps him stuck on his devil fruit form helped him to live this long but judging from how sensitive zunisha’s from damages its safe to say that when he return’s to his human form he would probably die and it means that his goal or mission is finish… zunisha’s goal was probably make the mink’s and the kozuki clan become one to open the borders of wano with the help of them, mink’s probably need to stay on wano to make this happen because the kozuki clan and momo cant do it by their selves only they need their help.
