Powers & Abilities “Haki Blooming” was one of, if not the biggest asspull of the series

Do you not remember "breath of all things" pseudo haki bloom way back in Alabasta?
Shank's ascent to yonko status after betting his arm on this era?

Coby's haki bloom on Marineford, Usopps on Dressrosa?

I'm sure Sanji and Zoro had MULTIPLE haki blooms during their training in the time skip...

Hey now, no shame in losing against me. Everybody else would too. I'm the strongest, that's all.

I'm still trying to find the RS on the panel. It could be invisible somewhere (no pun intended).
Oda "you are strong or weak according to the specific way I must write this stuff up"

So Luffy can get haki blooms after losing but Law can't after losing in extreme condition ?

What about kidd? Fought Yonko, yonko army and SC but where is haki bloom?

Nobody gives a damn about pre ts stuff or RS/Enma
Luffy also awoke Haki pre ts...same way Sanji and Zoro did. None of them knew it was haki .

Why is that only Luffy getting his haki bloom but kidd and Law can't even tho they had willpower to win too
Law and Kidd got haki blooms it just wasn't shown since they are side characters, that's why Law went from struggling against Vergo to fighting someone like Big Mom.

For example: When Luffy clashed with Big Mom in whole cake island, his haki was immediately drained, showing that he was no match for her, and at this point he was stronger than Law as we saw in Dressrosa. Yet now Law has been fighting Big Mom for a while clearly showing that he is even stronger, which means that he grew stronger when fighting Doflamingo.

You guys seriously need to think about these things subjectively.
Every time Luffy has had a Haki Bloom it's been when he has faced someone well beyond his ability to handle or been in a near death situation.

When he faced Katakuri he acquired FS based on information he had been given by Rayleigh regarding people who can see into the future. So the knowledge was already there. He just had to apply what he had learned from Rayleigh.

Then there was the time where he got Internal destruction by learning advanced armament from Hyogoro. They were both about to die. Even then he didn't immediately get it. But he knew about it from watching Rayleigh.

Advanced Conqueror's haki is applied exactly the same way as Ryou. Luffy already had Conqueror's so he already had all the tools he needed to use it against Kaido. What he lacked was the knowledge.

Alot of people hate on Rayleigh cuz he never told Luffy how to do the advanced forms but he had already given him a ton of hints on where he could start.

None of these situations could be applied to Zoro or Sanji after the timeskip because neither of them were pushed to that extent. Nor do they have the knowledge necessary to pull it off.
If that is the logic we apply, all villians should get haki bloom after luffy beats their ass

Heck if anything, villians would also keep getting up after "defeat" just like Luffy and Strawhat gang.

Heck Ussop got a skull fracture from Ulti and he still fights afterwards like the injury didn't matter.
Imagine if all the villians keep getting back up like the Strawhats...

Exactly. Haki bloom was made as odas perfect plot armor. The be all, end all of senseless shite

Tbh cant tell if that makes oda a good or a bad writer. He literally made his biggest fault, his fallback

Can’t get haki bloom if you reach your prime. Every villain Luffy faced as far as I remember has hit his peak in power. Some did as mid tier, some as high tier and so on.
Cant haki bloom in prime? Okay.

Luffy blooming his haki left and right while Oda not even bother to give half of SHs a basic haki:kayneshrug:
Lmao, I thought Oda would use the confrontation against an emperor crew to force some straw hats to awaken or improve their haki. Was Usopp COO ever mentionned since Dressrosa? It's like it doesn't even exist anymore :milaugh:

Nothing combat wise can improve if you hit your prime in short your peak in strength. That’s why it was the smartest choice Oda took for the BBP is that providing them with strong fitting DFs for further improvement combat wise sense they reached their limit when it comes to physical strength and skills in general.

Luffy is the main the character as many said and he has the most potential, don’t expect others to have the same growth as Luffy. Even if Kid and Law got haki bloom mid fighting BM, they won’t be getting it as much as Luffy and as fast as he does it. They are side characters by the end.
Then it's a bs excuse Oda came up with to make Luffy grow stronger

If it was legit then kidd and others should be blooming too
Oda is a hack

They didn't get haki blooms
Oda didn't even make Kifd use koka or basic CoC
Law didn't also use any koka yet

We saw nothing that their haki bloomed

If Haki Bloom was consistent, Both Jack and the Dukes would have grown Several tiers during their fight. Pedro and Sheepshead would be Legitimate Veteran level as well.

Haki Bloom is unironically worse than Zenkai boost since at least that was consistent

Power creeps were never sensical in the series. They are relied as a for a story plot tool, unlike legitimate power ups.

The only thing though is that Rayleigh affirmed haki can bloom during a fight under a very life threatening situation, and Luffy was like that against Kaido.

Again don’t expect others to have the same growth as Luffy, he is already beyond their lvl. Luffy is on a different tier ffs lol. Once more he is the MC with the best potential and stands above all when it comes to improvement combat wise from the beginning.

You don’t get haki bloom from fighting some one of the same strength
