Bounties can be misleading, i think he is above Croc and Hancock. But then King and Marco are above Croc and Boa imo and they have smaller bounties

i have it as Magellan>Crocodile>King>Marco>Katakuri>Hancock as fighters

though the nature of Hancock's power makes her capable of beating characters that the ycs1 couldn't even threaten, like how Teach admitted he could have lost to her, while Marco got stomped

i think Crocodile should be at least above King/Marco. Otherwise Cross Guild is ludicrously top heavy. I know it's non-canon, but Oda writing that he

fought Bullet probably indicates that he's somewhat close to top tier now.

I think outside of established top tiers, it goes Loki>Magellan~Weevil~Yamato>Benn~Weevil>other strong non Mihawk warlords.

So, in the books there's actually another Jaime line that goes kinda like: "Arthur would have beaten him...but only if he had Dawn". That's what Jaime thinks.

It does once again put great hype on Arthur but it's interesting just how highly Jaime values his pure fighting prowess.
