Kaido has an Awakening
Luffy never managed to stay in Gear 5 or even get it.
It takes the rest of the One-Piece Straw Hat crew to hold back Kaido for 2-3 chapters
Most of the Straw Hats are getting beat up and are nigh uncnonscious.

Luffy has awakened as well!
(In this version, Kaido has used his Awakening after Luffy starts his third attempt at beating Kaido)

Probably not. Pretty sure I read a trivia piece on how they basically needed porn actors for the scene cause no normal actor was going to go near it.

That and whatever was originally filmed was considered too brutal for a movie release so it got notably cut down. No viable copies of the original scene are known to exist.
