I don't know if it is from therapy or the stress I have been facing from EMDR but I have been getting muscle inflammation, not muscle fever but specifically inflamation

Also I found out anger is great at defeating the inner critic and letting myself be whole, so basically I will become a super saiyan, a warrior pure of heart and awakened by rage lol
