It's actually crazy how in a Batman vs Superman debate, Superman is the underdog lmao. Batman is the most overrated character in fiction

It's a case of writers and fans hyping the underdog so hard he becomes invincible.

Bats in theory is an underdog, but in practice the prep time BS makes him borderline invincible to his superfans (and some writers).

Same with Joker as a villain. Dude can just pull any bullshit out of his ass to win even though realistically many supers should be able to stomp him.

Ever read The Sound Of One Hand Clapping by Max Landis btw?

It's in Adventures of Superman #14. Supes is kinda edgy in it but seeing him foil Joker and tell Batman off was very cathartic especially after the dogshit that was Injustice.
