Even Jeff Nippard calls overtraining "functional overreach", and made a video adressing that even just overreach is practically overtraining


I overtrained bad for 2 and a half years and it kind of broke my sleep and body temporarily, because it caused deficiencies in my body's minerals and vitamins, starting a supplement stack to recover from it, fortunately I'm young so it only takes like 3 days to restore them
The thing that's so cool about Solo Leveling Ragnarok is that the MC gives other people items they can level up, so it's not solo leveling anymore, they all get stronger
