When you think about it, Warland (Elbaph) is quite a small set of village for the Giants.

Warland is the kingdom so I assume it controls the entirety of the island that appears to be massive by one piece standards. I said it earlier in the arc but my issue with Elbaph is that conflict feels so self contained that it makes the island feel alot smaller than it actually is
