Germany is not doing good at the moment.It is good place for education but terrible for job market unless you are fluent in German language .

I think in Zoro's mind, the loss he was talking about were related to the fact of losing his pride and honor more than losing in itself. Zoro do not really see being collectively defeated as a problem of pride (in the case of Kuma for ex) when he knows he can't really do much, the problem comes when he takes a person in a duel thinking that he has a chance like he did with Mihawk.
