Nah usopp isn’t frank. He didn’t claim Frank to me, he claimed another character and the abilities he described + night actions actually matches with the write ups

about the targeting thing. He said it’s a passive so it doesn’t have to be activated

I’m hoping that I didn’t make a bad read again but I’m really 95% sure that usopp is telling the truth about his ability and claim. Again it’s not alignment indicative but I don’t feel like he’s lying.

And I’m 70% sure that usopp is town. I’d like to know why @jinri claims that he is frank and where this info is from.
