1. If Killer was able to hit Zoro, yes, he could've damaged him quite badly, but Zoro ain't getting hit if he has all his 3 swords, no food poisoning, and also no Gyukimaru to take his attention from Killer away. I would say it would be a hard match and both of them could possibly one shot each other, but i will give 9 out of 10 times the win to Zoro no doubt.
2. So you think for Oda off paneling Kaido dodging this one attack is impossible, but it's okay for Oda to off panel an explanation of Zoro having aim troubles while using Enma? at no moment it's said that Zoro has any other problem at all at cutting things with Enma, even wihtout any control at all, he would make a huge slash of power but in full accuracy, he would die after because of his energy being drained, but he has no problem hitting and aiming. This idea that Zoro gets somehow bad enough to the point of missing a huge Dragon in front of him is complete cap and has no proof whatsoever.
3. They are not out for now, especially Zoro, next chapter they show up they are up again no trouble, maybe Killer won't, but i think both of them are fine. Zoro has too many endurance feats to be downed by a single lightning attack at the New World.
4. And even before you say it, no Zoro didn't get one shot by Killer, stop playing dumb and ignoring the facts, he was poisoned from all the food and passed out after the fight ended, well after getting hit by Killer.

Note how with Zoro's Oni Giri, Kaido did not sense Oden. But only when Zoro got serious. It's Zoro's presence that reminded Kaido of Oden.

So Zoro was still too slow to hit Kaido even with Law's help? What are you talking about? 
Zoro asked to be tp'ed in front of Luffy so he could cut the Boro's Breat, not to do the slash against Kaido. The range of the attack was so big he could've done it from the ground, it wouldn't matter. Zoro only asked after Kaido started telegraphing his own attack.
And before you say dumb shit like "Luffy didn't need to be protected from Boro's Breath", Zoro didn't know that, so of course he would try to protect his captain, Luffy himself was happy to see him do it. Just because Zoro didn't know Luffy was able to tank that hit, doesn't mean that Zoro protecting his captain is any less impressive.
Luffy every time Zoro came in clutch for him.
To think people thought Luffy would tell Zoro not to get in his way in this fight. There isn't a soul Luffy trusts more to have his back on the battlefield than Zoro.
