Tatsumaki was always one of Zoro's lower tier attacks.

Hyou ken isn't his best, that's simply fact. It was mid tier. The reason it's stronger than Tatsumaki is because it's more focused and has more attack power put into it.

I mean, he EXACTLY knew of his drawbacks but he still makes the SAME MISTAKES like before when he fought DD, Cracker and Kata. Why didn't he deactivate Bound Man before it completely runs out?
Little amount of Haki is still better than none.

Luffy at this point in the game needs to be carried by the other SNs in order not to be defeated by KAIDO.

If SN had not been at the top and it was only 1x1 between kaido and luffy, luffy would have lost against kaido in its weakest form. Exhausted and unable to use HAKI for 10 minutes, while with HAKI he was barely able to deviate from a divine diagram.

That's how strong KAIDO is. FS + Ryou + raw (physical) training is not enough BOY.
