Human form which is stronger than his Dragon form complexively.

Kaido chose to jump road and get to Hybrid mode so rushily in that he didn't want to risk to lose his life in Base mode. And Zoro hasn't used Asura yet (Kaido is unaware of it)

So ya Zoro > Base Kaido overall

Blame pis when it contradicts your argument. Base Luffy is still part of Luffy. It is blowback from his G4 gains...it isn't inconsistent.
Luffy wouldn't have been able to anything without the others
