Uo Uo no Mi model: Kouryu. Yonkou and Kouryu. Seems fitting. He can take lesser form suh as seiryu form such as this usual dragon form we've seen. He can enter hybrid, and his true form is like Sky Dragon from Chrono Cross, or Dragon God of Ra from Yugioh, etc etc
