It does that because it wants to kill Kaido and in general because it refuses other swordsmen. It doesn’t need to do no swords need to do anything to their Haki you put your Haki on it if you have mastered the sword. This sword has its own power and can decide to overpower other swordsmen Haki just to mess with them . It doesn’t NEED it AT ALL Enma been Enma.

Because he is irrelevant fodder to Enma who does whatever it wants with his Haki on top of using its own power. It’s pretty much Enma vs the Yonko Zorro is an irrelevant vessel. Enma does need the most power positiviez to cut its previous Master’s foe.
