Sanzen Sekai, Oni Giri and Tatsu Maki are all the same type of attack...which is a finisher attack. The whole discussion is whether Tatsu Maki is a finisher or not. Which it bloody is.

Just because it was used to finish haki(wich it did poorly) its not a finisher, it was used in fishman island to deal with fodde, its not a finisher atack.

He clearly left his home a long time ago, since by the age of 20 he was already in the East Blue during Roger's execution, so that would put him in Dressrosa only as a kid, between 25~30 years ago, that was a long time before Doflamingo took that kingdom for himself.

Vista is also another swordsman with Spanish design, maybe both Vista and Mihawk come from the same country / island. I like how different they are from the japanese styled swordsman.

Emperors were never called the strongest Pirates, so this was never an argument that Mihawk fans pushed.

Garp called the Yonko the greatest/most politically powerful Pirates, not the strongest. There are characters who can belly flop Kaido into oblivion.

I for one have never understood the rationale behind sticking adamantly to one statement made by Garp ages ago in pre-ts as Gospel truth... but in the same breath, vehemently shut down we who point out that Zoro and Luffy were equals back in the same pre-ts on Whiskey Peak (not saying they're equals now but Sanji has never in his life been placed on anywhere close to this pedastle and it's high time the delusions surrounding him stopped)

No, my logic isn't flawed. Lol.
It's called "take character statements with a grain of salt" because, at the end of the day, they are just that ... character statements.
Character statements have never been "confirmation" of anything, they just reveal the perception characters have of other characters.

If the author tells us that Whitebeard is the strongest pirate, then we consider him as the strongest pirate.
If the author tells us that Mihawk is the strongest swordsman, then we consider him as the strongest swordsman.
If the author tells us that his characters perceive Kaido as the strongest, but won't ever call him the strongest himself. I would tell you that this is probably an indication that he isn't actually the strongest, or else he would call him the strongest as he did with the other two.
