Like shit, Cavendish, a Supernova, was shown bickering and rivaling with Luffy too, even claimed that he will be the one who's gonna defeat Doffy to gain glory. Sounds familiar? And we all know what happened after that
Like i said, i'm not downplaying Kid, Killer or Law. They will shine in the upcoming chapters. But don't be delusional to think that Oda, the biggest Sword wanker, will let Kid outperform Zoro in an arc that represents Japan itself.
