We talk with @ivaannom so before claiming lots of things, we agree that 正体 means form or identity.

So Kaido is seeing here that Zoro is using the same haki of Oden "Ryou", exactly like when the scabbards used Ryou on him. For Kaido who doesn't know anything about Ryou, he refers Ryou to Oden's haki. That's when Scabbard and Zoro used on him, he calls/sees that at Oden's haki. Also why he didn't understand how Luffy hurt him with Red Roc at first.
No there is no haki of Oden here.

This terminology overcomplicates it much but same conclusion

At least, Luffy 's attack could make Kaido go down for around 5-10 seconds before Kaido went back to fight ( of course also with full health state).

Well, Kaido mistook the red scabbards Haki with Oden's ryou too but I doubt they have advanced COA. If I were to take a guess, Zoro's COA is superior to the scabbards but is still not advanced Haki i.e., Luffy level. However, The excess amount of Haki in Enma along with Oden's soul in it reminiscing Kaido of Oden's Ryou.

The scabbards use level 2 hardening imo, which is still advanced version of haki. It's just that Luffy's level of haki is at stage 3, allowing him to destroy things from the inside

Because until now we haven't see, for sure, what CoC concretely does. Especially when it's 2 CoC users who're fighting each others.
