General & Others Oden never fought hybrid form Kaido

So much faltsetie here, Kaido never said he would've lost to Oden, ever. The one time he told Oden that if he decided to fight them right then and there and rally the entirety of the samurai and wano to his aid he said that the fight wouldve been difficult.
Oden was also going to Kaido's castle to try to kill him while he was Drunk/Asleep, and even went so far as to write that letter to Toki, that showed his uncertainty of actually fighting him 1vs1.
All in all i believe the two were relative to each other, but since Dragon form is ass Oden managed the first great hit on him. And if the battle went on then Kaido wouldve been at a disadvantage, but now we know he had a hybrid form too.
Oh and last but not least, show me the panels of Kaido having ''nightmares'' about Oden please.

Why would Oden go on an all out war against thousands of men of Kaido..??Anyone with common sense would do the same. Oden knew there would be a great sacrifices which is why he never asked for any help from other Yakuza bosses and wanted to settle it himself. Which however ended up in a great failure in his side as he was too naive to trust on Orochi's words.
If Kaido really was at disadvantage then why didn't he just came down and faced Oden man to man..?? Why did he gathered all of his men even though he knew Oden was with only 9 of his retainers..?? Why did he cheapsotted a distracted Oden and later apologized for it yet didn't gave him another chance.?
Isn't every panel where he gets hit/ hurt and he mentions the name Oden enough for that..??
Bottom line, if Kaido knew he could beat Oden clean in 1 Vs 1 then he would have used his hybrid form instead of just flying around breathing fire.

Damn.. so Oden was one of the shadows behind Luffy amongst the top tiers but didnt get to Hybrid form. What does that say for the 5 fighting against two Yonko now with hybrid Kaido? Highly impressive if you ask me. Just when I thought some displayed great feats already, they're about to do even better stuff. Rooftop level
Where Oda messed up with Oden vs Kaido was not telling us more about the battle. He told us that it was very long battle but he didn't give him much det6ail of it. He should have told us Kadio used several different attacks during the battle without telling us the name of the attacks. It would have been fine to even call it element attacks. That way we would have knew he had more attacks about you knowing what the attacks are or how they work.
I never expected him to show off his hybrid mode or all of his powers. He wanted to keep it a secret so he could show it off later during the manga. Which is what he's doing now. Yet, He could have had Kaido mention it. IE: After Kaido defeated Oden, had Kaido mentioned needing yo use his hybrid mode to beat Kaido if he wasn't distracted.
Since Kaido is now entering his hybrid mode this makes me believe He won't use his face mode to fight them so you'll never see him fight in his base mode. Not just a little small clash. Which is a huge failure because he could have showed that mode off in the past. What's the point of not showing it then if he's not going to show it again now.

And you can't compare Oden's level from years ago with Kaido's now, if you were to follow a PS, Oden would still be stronger, because he was a mutant.
