By the time Kaido goes all out or almost we should enter the Asura realm finally... this is the prospect overall.

So yes, expect it to happen soon enough...

asura is portrayed as a power up to be as grear2/3 and diable jump, why would it be his greatest attack when luffy and sanji upgrades were just improved a little, while they developed better attacks?
Asura is just a crutch used to pretend like we haven’t seen zoro's best post time-skip. we have, that's why he got emma.

Against the pacifista the M3 used their strongest attacks Luffy, G3, Zoro, Asura, Sanji, DJ

Then in Fishman Island we got a similar scene vs the Kraken with Luffy using G3, Sanji using DJ, but Zoro used his Ougi or secret techniques.

We then go on to learn later that arc that Sanji actually gained a better attack than DJ called Hells memories

Luffy then goes on to reveal G4 in DR

So since his Ougi was portrayed as his DJ, G3 Equivalent it is only natural to assume Asura is his G4,HM equivalent.

Oda must be special kind of dumbass to forget Asura. Zoro still has asura, we've not seen it since the TS because none of Zoro's opponents are strong enough to pressure him that far. It doesn't mean he doesn't have it anymore. Every SH returned with heavily improved versions of their pre skip moves and more. It'd be ridiculous to even assume Zoro lost one of his most iconic power ups. Zoro received a PU because he didn't get to grow via fights unlike Luffy and his TS powers wouldn't be enough to fight the Yonko themselves.

Zoro's base far surpasses EL counterpart power ups from Luffy and Sanji so if we are scale asura based on how much Zoro improved. It should Zoro's equivalent of G4. All of M3 power ups from EL are their most iconic power ups from before TS.

We never said Ashura would be stronger or equal to G4 but rather his Ultimate technique like G4.

It did Damage, Sure. Was it impressive, Did it do anything spectacular? No and No.
The one and only time it did it's job, was when it was used as a finisher to Kaku, a worn out combatant, who IMO had not really a change of heart but something like that. Kaku was told by Zoro that Paulie said that "they were all Fired." he seemed resigned to that. But that's off topic.
