Worst part for any manga, no one need such trash storytelling, at least I hope Robin and Brook now can take on BM. Also Sasaki vs Franky sound not bad, the problem however is the time where Oda showing this stuff, in the moost hyped way he skip the hybrid form.
That is bad writing in case many people now don´t like the stuff under the rooftop, it would be different though if he would handle first the rooftop battle and then show the dome battle and story.

It is not a rule. Just because it happened before doesn't make it a rule.
Again if Oda didn't plan to act 3 end last year he wouldn't be mentioning what happened to Sabo and Boa. For all we know this could be a 4 act Arc but we don't know anything so this is just baseless speculation.
