Imo either characters can react to light in one piece or kizaru is not true light speed

In our world light speed can't be comprehended. Kizaru would instanly defeat everyone if we are going to give him real light speed.

They don't. In fact, canon dictates the only time Kizaru moves at legit luminar speed is when he is using "Yata Mirror".

Kizaru doesn't have light speed reactions. He has light speed straight line movement, that he needs to control with his awkward mirror technique.
