For answering this there are only two viable options in my opinion, depending on the initial MC.

When you consider the strawhats at beginning as Main Character, then yes, absolutely. The other option would be that only Luffy is the MC, but then it always has only been him. So whatever you choose, nothing changed from beginning. He is either still a MC, or never has been. Same question and answer for Nami, Zoro, Robin, Chopper....
