Character Discussion Which portrayal will be better: Sanji 1v1 King/Queen or Zoro participation in the group fight against Kaido?

You say this like Kaido didn’t call the Scabbards weak and zero-diff them. The Sulong Mink commanders are above Jack since they were able to individually stalemate him in their base forms. Ashura Doji is also >= Jack, and Kyoshiro is around Ashura’s level. So yeah, some of the scabbards can compete with the Calamities.

King having ability to scar Kaido is straight up absurd.
So you are telling me King can produce offense on the level far greater than (Gamma Knife+Gear 4th Onslaught+Zoro's Tatsumaki that is far stronger than Kaido's own attack+Kidd's ultimate form+Killer's Sonic Scythe+Red Roc) ??
Scarring Kaido is a feat far beyond what King can even dream about and if Zoro is replicating that feat, he is literally approaching Oden's territory of combat prowess because only next step is turning Enma black and beheading Kaido which is direct indication that Zoro has surpassed Oden.
Also scarring Kaido means Zoro is doing what Ashura Doji (someone who pushed Jack's shit in) + Denjiro + Kawamatsu + 2 Sulongs dukes each close to King in strength + Support from other scabbards couldn't do and were mocked for even trying.
You telling me King lasts more than a minute against Ashura Doji + Denjiro + Kawamatsu + 2 Sulong Dukes + Other scabbards? That is absurdity beyond imagination.
Scarring Kaido is literally approaching Oden's level of strength and at that point best King can hope for is giving Zoro a mid diff fight tho its possible Low diff.
If ZKK and Black Enma happens, Zoro low or no diffs King post Wano.

He wants Zoro’s ass the same and that’s why he mentions Sanji twice and mentions judge specifically

Like Queen will be fighting drake and then get a random flashback to judge and get defeated by drake or whoever and that’s it. That’s why Oda had that in there. At no point will there be a confrontation with Sanji. Hehehe

There are two questions here :
Being on the roof against Kaido or beating King or Queen solo ?
It depends. If Killer has only a minor role against kaido or an average role, I firmly think that defeating Queen or King is a better feat.
Being on the roof doesn't automatically mean you are stronger than anyone below the roof. Just look at the Killer vs King thread : almost anyone agree to say that for now King wipe him clean. (i exagerate but you see the point).
So being on the roof can be > Beating King/Queen solo but it can be Beating Queen/King solo > Being on the roof.
The second question does Zoro will have better portrayal than Sanji in Wano ?
Like always Zoro will beat a stronger opponent, and Oda decided to hype Zoro during Wano so yes Zoro will have better feats than Sanji this arc.
But don't fool yourself thinking he will have MUCH BETTER feats than Sanji. Zoro feats will be better but not hugely.

It could lead to many things, however it doenst need to lead to a fight. Fighting because of Judge would be a stupid forced plotline.
- If Queen says he loves Judge, then he wouldnt want to fight Sanji
- If Queen says he hates Judge, then Sanji wouldnt care since he also hates Judge
- Sanji is currently involved with the safety of the scarbbards, and he wouldn't give a fuck about Queen mentioning Judge. He has bigger matters to attend to.
Queen vs Sanji could occur, but I highly doubt Judge would be the reason for it to occur. It would most likely be because Sanji has to protect someone from Queen. So mentioning Judge would just be something that happens during the fight, and not something that causes it. Thus I believe it isnt as important. Knowing Judge is something that could add depth to a fight, not begin it.
However in King's case their is a lot of set up. So again King mentioning Judge would add points to the already set-up that exists and that is being added to. I mean kaido didn't zero diff them they were slashing him and reflecting attacks etc thats not 0 diff. Luffy vs kaido is 0 diff.
Potrayal wise queen and king seem to be a different level from jack.
Also the minks got to switch out while jack endured them for days I wouldn't say thats a true stalemate.
