Blast never appeared in the WC at this point, in fact although I haven't read the latest WC chapters yet we still know little of him.

Well, up until know the manga was mostly using the webcomic as a starting point and mostly expanding and adding stuff. Now we have the most mysterious character in the story that wasn't even involved in the WC arc that shows up and shows his powers (also no idea about those until now)...

Pretty cool tho. So blast can teleport via creating blackholes? Or something that just looks like it. And he can easily out speed flash...damn. We normaly only get hints that he is really strong, but nothing specific. But THAT is crazy.
He has some weird eyes, i wonder if he is a cyborg

since the lattest chapter of the webcomic, Blue seems to be a cyborg. He has some sort of scaning eyes.
