Ulti and even Pageone show haki, why shouldn´t BM have it too?
Neko as example didn´t have haki on his vivre card too but Inurashi had both, yet Neko show later even a advanced CoA form, the Vivrecard don´t say much. Even weaker underlings have haki and new and young member as Ulti show both haki versions.
You can be sure that every Flyer having haki.

If she does have haki, doesn't mean she has CoA and CoO, could just be one out of the 2.

Let's see if she demonstrates haki in this fight vs Robin, but given her abilities I don't think it's needed.

And having haki doesn't guarantee a win against non-user, as shown with Luffy and Lucci if I'm not wrong on Lucci having or knew haki back on EL.

Yeah that's the point, Oda probably doesn't want to turn every fight into a haki contest especially those involving interesting and unique devil fruit abilities. I can see Black Maria nor Robin using haki in this fight.

And she's fighting 2 SHs that don't even have haki so showcasing it isn't needed in this fight.

Why she shouldn't? Oven didn't show any sign of CoO(at least to dodge) yet he had it.
Daifuku and Oven had both haki,Perospero too.

Ulti and Pageone have both versions too,almost every mid/high tier have both versions. Even Diamante/Trebol and Pica, so why should BM don't have both versions? In fact weaker or equal character next to her like Ulti or Pageone have both versions.

Lol spiderweb wasn't zoro held by regular chains in fishman Island. I doubt he would escape spiderweb if he tried. I don't know the refence to law and kidd but their crews are garbage anyway so probably irrelevant.

But assuming Black Maria is gonna lose against Robin, it'd be dumb if she doesn't use haki to better her chance at winning, even if not much haki would still make her more durable.

But as you said, I can see her not using it which is bad because it'd be Oda nerfing Black Maria.
