We know the world government wants Robin. CP0 does not have to state in express terms that they came for Robin for us to know that it can be an incidental goal because CP0 works directly for the world government

what CP0 think is irrelevant, the problem is with the decision making that Sanji made. He ruled out the possibiltiy that there might be a group watching them from a certain distance, he ruled out the possibility that by calling out Robin it might trigger one's interest in capturing Robin

The thing is even of cp0 didnt come for robin specifically (we dont know why the came exactly anyways) if they now know that Robin is in a vulnerable situation the might go in for her and try to capture her. And knowing her exact location makes her vulnerable. Which they now know because sanji broadcasted to the whole island.

That statement doesn't exempt the fact that the WG for which CP0 works for wants Robin. It doesn't exempt Jinbei's statement either.
It also does not mean that is their only goal. Claiming that the thread lacks purpose because of that is completely invalid
