I mean yeah the focus of hyogoro seems to be offputting. But this is just the initial summary. Oda already teased Sanji on the move for his fight. When it comes to setting up fights only him and chopper are left.

Oda seems to care about Wano citizens more than his fanbase (even the Japanese fanbase) do

Granted Oda always was super self indulgent when it came to Worldbuilding, he is lucky his editors had balls during Alabasta otherwise One Piece would have been canned

If the drawing is correct, Marco is almost certainly not fighting in his hybrid form. It seems to be some kind of partial trasformation. The hybrid form would look different. There has been a trend on how hybrid forms have been drawn up to now (in terms of design : how the animal part and human part are distributed in the body etc).

From the silhouette alone, even hybrid Kaido seems to be following the trend I was talking about.

If you look at the leaker's drawing, Marco is actually pinning one down with his leg and holding one with his arm.

We saw Kaidou fight on the roof for a few chapters.

So I guess now we will have Nami, Usopp, Brook, Robin, Franky, Samurai, Bepo, Heat and Wire, Yamato for a long long time and then a little bit of Jimbei, Sanji, Drake and Hawkins.

I can be wrong but we won't see Kaidou fight for some times.
