Didn't Jack get back up again LOL? He's not a ST. He's going to fight/kill the same opponents that defeated him few chapters ago. I don't even want to talk about other characters from previous arcs. Do you even realize that we didn't see shit from that fight? Oda off-paneled it. Do you really think Oda would off-panel a fight of a character like Carrot and not give her another shot? Oda did for two reasons.
First, Oda off-paneled Perospero vs Carrot fight because he knows that he will draw it again in the rematch when Chopper substitutes Wanda. Thus, he didn't want to waste few pages on the fight. Drawing the fight twice is a repetition with only a different winning side. First fight Perospero won and the second time Chopper and Carrot win. Also, especially considering the major event that are happening and should be highlighted instead.
Secondly, Chopper must be the highlight of the fight considering that he's a Straw hat (major character). Carrot will assist him but the final blow will be delivered by him.

But Kyros had a background story to Diamante and they also had both the name as colosseum heroes. Both where equals. Doffy crew where shown to have the upperhand. As example Hajrudin(he won extrem high diff). No one ever show clearly portrayal above the enemy opponent. But this time it is totally different. As King and Queen aint really doing something to Marco. Marco has his Name/Hype/Feat on his side and you can clearly see he is not the underdog but the powerhouse allie. That is really rare to be honest that Oda draw a fight based on that.
We had always the same Situation.
Either the Heroes where equal to each other or they beeing the underdog against the opponent. But however this time Marco is clearly above King at least the way how Oda portrayal them. In both storytelling and tension it doesn't make anysense right?
So I try to see a opponent for King. Jinbe facing WsW and Sanji either get Jack or Queen(Depends on Yamato) in that cade who gonna face King? Doesn't you ask yourself the question who could face King?

I'd assume that Marco does not stay alone in this battle. Perhaps this is what that Sanji leak was all about and he's going to join him, which would lead to a 2 on 2.
And if, by a small chance, Marco fights against them alone, then he's definitely gonna go apeshit with some adv haki stuff and/or an awakened Phoenix monster Form..
Both scenarios would be insane tho.
