I wonder if he's actually capable of that. He might just exhaust his haki very quickly by overextending. I honestly believe Cracker's biscuits are only stronger than steel because he is there to imbue his creations with his powerful armament haki. Similar to how Katakuri's donut punches still retain his haki when the arms are floating in midair. He actively protects them with haki the moment they are created. When Cracker is not around, his creations turn to regular biscuit.
Pedro and Brook being able to casually slice up a biscuit and sneak inside the thing doesn't make sense otherwise. Why would these soldiers be weaker than the regulars clones? Cracker spammed his tough clones for many hours against Luffy. If this is about Cracker maintaining his secret identity, he should easily be able to change the appearance of these soldiers so they don't look like him while keeping the extreme toughness of the biscuit.
Also, you would figure that Big Mom could replace all of her tens of thousands of chess soldiers with an army stronger than Pacifista remotely powered by souls like the Sweet City soldiers. Maybe not all of them, since they are weak to water. But at least groups like the Enraged Army or the army that invaded the Germa Kingdom should have been 50% biscuit soldiers. Again, if Cracker cares about his secret identity so much, he could easily change the army's appearance as a master artisan.
But Big Mom doesn't do this. She wants an army of giants instead of an army of Cracker's biscuits soldiers. Why? Also we have no clue to say if Cracker used Coa or not on his biscuit soldiers without Oda having given a visual or written clue of them being coated with haki even when Cracker isn't in physical contact with them. Plus we never saw Brook slicing one of these lesser biscuit soldiers and even if he did it's clear that Cracker wouldn't have made some of those if they were just as hard as casual biscuits. Also these biscuit soldiers clearly lack the chess soldiers' intelligence and autonomy since they work as robots rather than living beings and that the one in which Brook and Pedro hid didn't realize that two persons were in it which might be a reason for them not being used as much as the chess soldiers.
Besides these biscuit soldiers are weak to water and it would have been far more difficult for Luffy and the Germa to take on their opponents if there were functionnal biscuit soldiers among them.

I doubt that she was the one teaching them swordsmanship since her swordmanship style is very brutal and power oriented with lack of subtility which wouldn't fit with most of her children. Streusen might have been a more appropriate and better teacher.
It's nice that these Charlotte children who weren't highlighted in the manga got chances to show their fighting styles which are varied and show their imagination as fighters.

I wanna see Streusen having a really bigger role the next time we see him, after all he's one of the most important figures of the crew and one if not the most influencial person in Linlin's life and possibly the only person who can really influence her.

I am curious to see what will be Big Mom's true role in Elbaf arc, I find it unlikely that her story will end in Wano since she has unfinished story with the land of giants and that most of her children and Prometheus and Streusen are absent from Wano arc.

and you know what? Smoothie still has to go all out.Smoothie's df is certainely one of the most intriguing and strangest of the whole crew and family, I am impatient to see the full extent of her abilities with it (if she can give a boost to her allies with it too, if she can turns her sword into a lava sword or a poisonnous one after draining lava or poison, if she can uses it to absorb Fishman Karate or Jujutsu attacks, etc...).
