I don't really understand why people want Bakugou and Kirishima being the 2nd and 3rd user(and i think this chapter just confirms that's not Kirishima).

Let's say if Bakugou is the 2nd user, that means that he traveled in time as the theories says. If he travels in time, he will not appear in the main story anymore as the main story is about Deku's story and not Bakugous, unless we get a spin off. And no, Bakugou will not go back in time, get OFA and come back, because he has to pass OFA to someone from the past which should be the 3rd or 4th user.

Also in this chapter we just learned that people with a quirk dies from being old at a young age(example the 5th user he only was 40 years old). People really wants to kill Bakugou huh.

BTW I just saw the order in the double spread and I think that the one who looks like Bakugou is the 2nd user as it seems to be in order.

I think the strongest in Japan but probably not englobing the whole world. It's just a speculation based off the potential of the manga nevertheless.

I don't think that exists. I think its more of a nation by nation basis. Maybe there is something like an international safety commission, but I doubt there is some "greater" group of heroes out there. At most, there are top ranked heroes like Endeavour who work for an international peace keeping agency.

Those two hiding their faces have to be someone we know. They are the only two that are remaining hidden, while the other users are out in the open talking to Deku. One has gauntlets and hair eerily similar to Bakugou, and the other one is too hard to tell at the moment, but I know there was a Bakugou and Kirishima theory, since Kirishima is always willing to help and be by Bakugou. This to me just confirms these two are being hidden because we know who they are, and if we do know who they are, they can't reveal themselves to Deku yet because if it IS time travel, Deku isn't going to let Bakugou and Kirishima willingly go into the past for him.

Deku has a bad hero complex of wanting to save everybody, and if it is those two that went back into the past, odds are if Deku stops them or finds out it's going to create a drastic change that can't be risked. Which if this does end up being case, that means Bakugou and this mysterious persons future ends in the past. Meaning Bakugou would have to go back in the past knowing full well that he is never going to return again. I'm pretty sure we are going to end up with time travel now at this right, with Bakugou at least needing to go back into the past, probably knowing that he's never going to be able to return to the future and that he won't be able to tell anyone or reveal it to Deku until a set moment in time passes.

The only thing is, I can't picture a reasoning as to why there would be a need to time travel, but that hair and gauntlets is too much of a similarity for it to be unintentional.
