I think Kamabaka was just survival training to make his body stronger and for him to develop Haki due to the extreme conditions. Sanji didnt really have a teacher. So I dont think he will have Okama techniques....

He fought 99 Okama masters and maybe took inspirations from them. Sanji also seems in good term with Iva (she talked about him like if they talked quite a bit during those 2 years). And everyone seems to like him when he left. I am sure he had interactions with Okamas.
Sanji the martial artist could have completed his style with new martial art style
