I don't think fanservice is enough to ruin a character but it was a pretty tasteless scene. In a way I'm glad Nami and Robin were introduced early in the series. The dumb fanservice only started after they got properly developped and had their arc while now Oda can't help but make low tier sexual jokes as soon as he introduces a new girl. I mean Sanji was always a thing with his gags his pervy attitude but I felt it became worse the past decade
