Stop it. The "was, is, and always will be" argument is a bs.
He used to be Top 3. Now not anymore and it's not new formula anyway.
Old days he beat opponents comparable to Zoro's opponent. Kuroobi, Mr. 2, Jyabura etc.
Now not anymore. He constantly being embarassed in every arcs.
Like in FI: Straw Hats are showing off their timeskip power up by defeating New Fishman Pirates. From Luffy to Zoro to Chopper to Franky etc. But he didn't..
"Sure. He didn't get justice in FI, he will shine in next arc, PH". PH: he didn't shine either and instead got broken leg by Vergo (I was very sad that day).
"Sure in PH he didn't beat Vergo, it was Law's arc anyway. He will beat another high executive as strong or stronger than Vergo in Dressrosa arc". Reality: didn't defeat anybody, instead got embarassed again by Doffy.
"Sure, he didn't get any fight in Dressrosa. That's why Zou arc is for him". Reality: got kidnapped.
"Ok Oda, Zou wasn't a battle arc. In WCI he will definitely shine because 1. It's his arc 2. Plenty of opponents". Reality: crying like a bitch, didn't defeat anyone but exhausted Luffy, didn't show any superiority towards his brothers.
"Ok in WCI he didn't shine. But he will definity shine in Wano". Act 1 and 2: doing nothing but running away from Page One. Act 3: captured by Black Maria, never saved crying half death Nami.
Jinbe and Yamato will be above him. One is a veteran and probably the World Strongest Fishman. One has Kaido's genes and eats a zoan, apparently a mythical one to boost her power even more.
Judge's son is currently Top 5 and that's being generous, ignoring the power up of Franky/Chopper/Robin will get in this arc.
