Or can it be Hiyori who have a kitsune df power? In the mythology of japanese the kitsune was a women. Who also could good heal. Since Hiyori also know that Oden didn't have anymore and she could cheer up the scabbards? Also her words could be fit into these of Oden too since she didn't see the Scabbards since 20years ago. She also could be the one who was crying out.

It's Kanjuro drawing. I doubt outsiders knew Oden and his relationship with the scabbards.
He will try to lure them in a trap with Orochi's men and Orochi himself who Oda is also going to resuscitate so that the scabbards can at least avenge Oden in some way.

In the previous page Kawamatsu seems to be talking normally, a black silhouettes with two swords appears at the bottom of the page and then boom, Oden enters the room and shocks everyone. We still don't know who was the first person inside the room in the previous chapter.

I wanna know what the editor statement at the end of page... it could give us a clue whether it's Oden or not... for example:

- If it stated something like "Big/shocking return", then it's likely to be Oden

- If it stated something like "Is this Oden?" or "is it for real?" or something like that, then it may have a twist of it not being Oden

Cause the editor would be questioning his return... and we know Oda is ahead in manga for at least 3 chapters from the ones being published... so editors at least have 3 chapters in advance already
