Questions & Mysteries Is it the real Oden or is it a fake? And if it's a fake then who is it?

If Kanjuro wants to lure them into a trap and kill them then he would draw someone who wouldn't cause doubts, someone that scabbards unquestionably trust. Choosing Oden is stupid since the scabbards would immediately realize that something's wrong, especially in middle of a fu*king war, especially after seeing Kanjiro's abilities. The scabbards saw Oden die with their own eyes, convincing them that he's alive would be really, really hard. You might be able fooll Kinemon but not all the scabbards together, especially Denjiro who has been shown to be quite smart.
I doubt its the real Oden
reasons:
-could be an illusion or drawing
-if its time - time fruit Toki is in Kuri while Oden was executed in the capital
-Kaido said Oden body is already dead for an hour of boiling
-Oden message to Toki trusting a new generation of pirates who can defeat Kaido if he failed.
If we ignore all this and Toki did really send Oden then why did he hide in Onigashima all this time? leaving his family and retainers to suffer?

My money's on Kanjuro. He's trying get the Scabbards to lower their defences then swoop in, plus Jack is on his way as well. If it's actually Oden that'll be quite surprising considering that the dude got wrecked by oil then got shot. Gyukimaru has no reason to shock the Scabbards like that but I do hope that Hiyori us present. Devon likely hasn't even seen Oden and her being on Onigashima woukd be quite strange.
Kanjuro. No other character has reason to mimic Oden's appearance. Kanjuro might be doing it to trick the Scabbards. Plus Jack's on his way as well. The silhouetted person healing the Scabbards then leaving is what I'm really curious about. What reason would Hiyori have of bailing after bealing them? Perhaps it's not her and it's Toki or someone weird like that.

Yeah, it isn't a smart plan yet the Scabbards still aren't prepared to face the dude if it's a trap. They're just going crazy about if it's really Oden, makes it pretty easy to catch them off-guard. I think the chances of it being Kanjuro are higher than it being the real Oden anyways. It isn't a well-thought-out plan if it's Kanjuro's doing but we'll see in 2 weeks.
@Master OF Haki already explain why Kanjuro wouldn´t make anysense, he would use people who are life as trap, he would draw Momo or Hiyori and not Oden, that is one major point.
For Onimaru, we see him transforming and he never get the red eye browns away, in human or fox version, he did have it. However this Oden didn´t have it. Alsoo Onimaru wouldn´t do such a disrespect thing against Oden, what is the point to transform to Oden, only to hurt more the feelings of the Scabbards? Cheer them up for what? Kinemon and co where ready to fight, theiir was no point to cheer them up.
Hiyori and Onimaru don´t have much connection, out of nowhere he transform into Oden for what?
Also we have a another great hint from this chapter:
Kawamatsu said he see the person but he can´t believe it.
If it was Hiyori he wouldn´t question it and not say it is just no way it was real, in case he would rather said"why she(Hiyori) here in Onigashima" and not that iis no way it was real. Judging by his words it like he see a death person from the past. I bet it was Toki and with Toki beeing their you can assume 100% that Oden coming too, at least would be the real Oden.
Also a another small but great hint:
We already have a fake Oden plot with Yamato, why Oda would do it again?
The alliance need a strong foe, someone who can help the SN on the rooftop since Kaido alone is too much, they need someone who can fight and weakenend Kaido.
In Chapter 970 we see Oda didn´t want really to spoiler much about Kaido and Oden power, he rushed and end the fight very fast with a cheap shot trick from the Old Hag. It make now more sense since he plan to make a Oden vs Kaido round 2 later, this time not rushed!!
