WB called their battles legendary. He never spoken any other battle in that way. Not even Katakuri battles for considered to be legendary.
Nobody knows the last time Mihawk fought Shanks. We just now he won't fight the current Shanks because you doesn't consider him a worthy opponent. Databook tells us Mihawk is waiting for a swordsman stronger than Shanks. Clearly Mihawk is stronger than YC. He's Yonko level. Once we see his new bounty a lot of people are going to be butthurt because of how high it will be.

The problem here is that many people believe that Shiryu will kill Mihawk.When the author wants to show is that the student has to surprass the Teacher
And i can't believe that people still argue with Vista vs Mihawk.When BM who is Yonko postpone her match against Marco and has been clowned by the SH who the majority of them are not even YC level

When Mihawk went alone to an island occupied by the RHP, did he decline Shanks' challenge out of fear or because he deemed him unworthy after losing his arm? Because Vivre Card clearly suggests the later and only a brainless fool would think Mihawk was scared. So the title clearly isn't the only bit of portrayal standing for Mihawk, his rivalry with Shanks and Zoro's growth rate also hype him up since Zoro would be > Shanks when he defeats Mihawk. Even Zoro's blade that permanently scarred Kaido is inferior to Yoru and would need further upgrade to become on the same level.
You are wrong. WSS puts Mihawk only at YC level since the strongest opponent Mihawk faced is Vista and that was a tie.
Nope. Xebec was defeated by Garp, Roger and in fighting in his crew. Not Garp Solo.
Garp was training to beat Chinjao 10 years after Garp and roger beat Xebec, now you tell me if Chinjao should be considered legend or not
