My Hero Academia Chapter 306 Spoilers - Discussion Thread

So it sounds like it is going to end up skipping over those last two One for All users, leaving us in the dark about them like I was worried about. I was expecting it, but I mean, come on I would have really liked to get something more with them. The title is really interesting, because what on earth does it mean by Opening of the Final Chapter. It almost seems like we are getting set up for a time skip, because this type of formula is usually followed by the next chapter being a significant jump in time. I'm surprised Deku ended up telling everyone, but I have a feeling Bakugou is gonna have some choice words for Deku for upping and leaving. Especially after how well their relationship was starting to repair itself. This time away is going to be interesting to see how both of them develop, because they've been together since they were kids and now they are going to be apart for who knows how long.
I'm curious if Bakugou is going to go more in depth about Deku owning One for All, by telling the class Deku was quirkless and giving them all a better understanding of the type of training and struggles Deku was going through. Normally I would think it would be out of character for Bakugou to care or even do that, but I think he's been shown enough growth as a character that that wouldn't be too out of character for him if he does it in kind of a snobby way. A lot of us were expecting Hawks, Jeanist, and Endeaver to find out about One for All, and sure enough they are keeping it a secret from everyone to protect Deku. Though this makes me think Deku leaving is his idea, as I think the heroes would have preferred to watch over Deku themselves instead of him leaving.
With hero courses being shut down, I can only presume U.A is probably going to go as well. Meaning I am guessing most of the students are going to be taken out or have to come up with some new type of alternative, whether they all go the vigilantes route, or they are allowed to continue with their provisional licenses. I can't imagine the vigilantes route for all of them, but I can't imagine all of them remaining in school either with all this happening and courses being shut down. Something is going to have to give that takes some of them out of school, because this is a major incident and some parents were already skeptical sending them back.
Dekus. Mom. What's going on with her!? It's awesome we got a note for the 1-A class and Deku telling them about One for All, but, like, couldn't we have MAYBE gotten something with him leaving a note for his mother. I really hope he did something or at least stopped by and told her everything before leaving. It would be horrible for this entire war to happen, Deku end up hospitalized, and then go missing only for his mother to have no idea what's happened. So I am hoping we get something in regards to that as well, because she needs a BREAK. Overall, pleasantly surprised where it seems the story is going although it makes me worried at the same time with the title name. Hopefully when we get more information more things are cleared up, but I'm liking the direction it's going so far.
