Questions & Mysteries Why Sanji's WCI bounty increase wasn't due to being associated with Germa

Ok let's begin. The controversy and idea that Sanji got his bounty stems from this one gag from Sanji.
This gag is Sanji's hating everything Germa gag. Which stems from his hate for Germa. Now why does everyone think this gag should be a vaild reason for us to understand where Sanji got his raise from ? Not only that, but how the flying would Sanji know it got raised because of them if he doesn't work for the WG. Now keep this in mind.
Now do I believe Germa were involved. Potentially. However if it was due to Germa, then it was Sanji being potrayed as their leader.
We know the WG raises bounties. And when Judge urged them for the extra 50 mill increase, they would know that Sanji is a Vinsmoke. So why didn't Sanji then get his increase for being associated with Germa ?....Simply because being associated with them means fuck all.
Sanji's bounty also came out from the article about him being one of the people who tried to assasinate BM.
Logically you would believe this makes more sense for his increase. Since it's widespread that Sanji is one of the people aiming to kill a Yonko.
Fourthly, If Sanji's bounty raised due to only association to Germa....why wouldn't they also get bounties as well. Since nothing indicates they do.
Fifthly Luffy just came out as the Fifth Yonko, and it was said he had all of these people allied under. Don't you see the obvious indication Oda is showing us that
Both times Luffy is called the leader of the whole plan. Once it mentions Bege, Sanji and Jinbe. Then it mentions Firetanks, Germa and Sun Pirates. The obvious indication here is Morgans is showing Sanji as the leader of Germa. And it logically makes sense, when you look at everything that happened in the Tea Party.
And of course Morgans wouldn't make Judge to be the leader, since he already saw crying and shit
Finally, why do people believe this gag of Sanji's...when they don't believe in other Sanji gags. Sanji truly has no clue how his bounty went up, and is only guessing Germa's infamy due to his gag. This is a highly unreliable source of information, yet everyone believes it because it makes him look bad. So again why don't you people believe in his other gags such as:

And that's pretty much useless info by itself to use....to justify Sanji's bounty going up due to association. You guys always use the gag scene as proof.
