Your headcanon that he did add, oda said he "would" so he drew it that way a potential scenario , which can also mean sanji made it in a way that seemed it had razors..

and if he did add them in.. ussop was sitting right infront and he didn't notice... nor did zoro stop eating from that bento.. and ironically didn't lead to him being wounded or poisoned... its a logical contradiction

There's usually no reason to use a crunchy sound effect when characters are eating bento

There's usually no reason to use a crunchy sound effect when characters are eating bento, but I felt that Sanji would surely put the razors and poison in Zoro's bento, so I decided to draw it in that way. The serious nature of their fight is what makes it interesting.

Sanji is still the man who needs to consistently prove that he can defeat a calamity first. And who knows if he can. Alone or not.

On the other hand Zoro is the man who has got to prove he can overcome Hybrid Kaido. With unknown help.

For now at least there's a huge gap in expectations. We will see how much the two will do overall.
