I haven't even specified what possibilities i was alluding to, DJ.. yet to show other moves with this technique.. to substantiate it.. he has already incorporated some of them so it doesn't give u are reason why he won't be able to incorporate other.. there is more certainly entailing this than uncertainty
Doesn't change the fact that he con temporarily posses that potential and can execute it since he has been seen doing it there doesn't stand a reason to why he can't unless you have a reason otherwise. You can't say that just because it is a potential sanji is not capable unless he materializes it. It is a potential based on what he has already shown, seems like his previous feats have just flown over that miniscule head of yours.

Sanji stated at the start of the fight, P1 was a weak rival, so weak that he saw him as a good opportunity to test the suit since he had the confidence to destroy him (meassured via his CoO).
The second strongest Tobi Roppo didn't do a shit to Sanji despite Sanji letting her hit him for free unlike Jinbei who is struggle with all his strength against WW and still looks in worse shape than Sanji lmao. Sanji would be already dead with the same circumstances against Oven or Daifuku.
Ultimate move in FI =/= ultimate move of his arsenal. Never used again, why? Because is a semi gag technique, because the arc was to show SHs progress and his training was in "hell" so he released the hell on the poor Wadatsumi.
