there is a possibility that he was behind momo for quite a while and was waiting for his chance.

But he just did them 2 commanders dirty with it and now king has a beak issue

Well the thing is Oda should introduce a way to deal with Shiryu for example.

Either materialization or the ability to perceive an invisible user with an intrinsic ability such as CoO for example.

The issue is if coo senses it‚ then it is a useless powerup. If it doesn't sense it‚ it is overpowered. Neither would be good

It should be limited I think or else the power would be rendered useless. A way not to be completely spoilt but also no "immunity".

I think you just have to be proficient at Observation haki. The weird thing is how many characters haven't been able to sense Stealth Black. 2 Calamities, 2 Supernova and Page One. At this point if this many dudes can't sense it, it'll be useful against most opponents. Definitely would work in his favour against most people in Kaido's crew since none have shown good CoO. Sanji's speed and the site's invisibility is super helpful an compliment his style well so I don't see a big issue with the way things have been portrayed. Not everyone can sense super well.

Cause I saw him use stealth against Hawkins‚ Drake and Page One. And None of them could predict him or sense him.

I am not talking about future sight. Just normal observation haki. Shouldn't it be able to detect him ? Yet none of those characters could. Why ?

Also is he really invisible as in untouchable while invisible or he is still physically there and can be hit‚ but he is just invisible to the eye ?

If blind people can see with CoO then yeah, CoO can you work

There is no reason why the invisibility would make his presence disappear nor is there any proof. It's only a visual disappearance - the suit re-creates the image behind Sanji on the suit - that's how he turns invisible.

One needs to activate the CoO, it's not a passive skill. We only saw it as a passive skill on a healthier WB, a year or so before MF and he is god tier.

And P1 probably is a CoA specialist since he is a Zoan and it fits more with his combat style (almost all of beast pirates should be CoA specialists).
