Only in monster point can he give a fight to carrot but since he can't control it for a long time, carrot will win even without sulong. She is too fast and too strong for him rn.
And Pedro did say that she was quite strong for her age. She has potential.

Whopper can block the moon with his Monster point form to stop Carrot’s Sulong transformation, then he’ll proceed to neg diff her. Though honestly, he’d probably still low diff her Sulong form with King fu point
