Nah it's Kaidou's, but not the one he shot Luffy at, so it must be the attack that was launched at Zoro

it's not that zoro didn't dodge in time, he had to momentarily stop the attack for the others as a part of the the plan.
1- zoro tanks the attack
2- luffy attacks kaido
3- law traps Zeus / killer and zoro immobilize Napoleon and Prometheus
4- kid and law kick big mom out of onigashima.

No I’m pretty sure everyone dodged because luffy tells them to and zoro doesn’t do it in time

Luffy can dodge raime hakke now, and if Luffy is aerial he can't really set one up anyway.

Boro breath didn't work either, he probably didn't even hear Luffy was fully immune to lightning as Luffy was talking to BM not him.

Personal guess:
The trick Kidd and Law used to trap Zeus is similar to the one used to protect himself from "Shiva's Wrath", basically using his metal as conductor.
Putting a metal cage around him trapped Zeus inside it, cause electricity react to the conducting stimolous no matter what, this way they trapped without possibility to escape...

One thing I don't understand is how BM falls in the sea?

We saw a few chapters ago that Onigashima was near Mount Fuji, which is near the Capital which is in the center of Wano. How did she reach the sea? Did Kid and Law pull an Orlumbus?
