Kaido had great feats this chapter, but lifting Onigashima is not ones of them. Lifting Onigashima (like Doffy's Bird Cage) doesn't seem to tax him at all. There's no indication that it's in any way, shape or form hampering his combat ability.

We can wank Kaido without reaching to such an extent.

Well, creating rooms with the DF of LAW to teleport and move large objects costs the user's energy, I think in the same way about the skills of DF of kaido, KAIDO dug up an island from the ground, breaking its solid base, he certainly needed to exercise strength on the clouds, a lot of physical strength and energy from your DF.

Momonosuke did not dig up the island and break it from its solid base, doing so wields / needs a lot more power from the user, than just keeping it floating in the clouds.
