Anyway, have you noticed Advanced Haki always affects the environment, like Devil Fruit Awakenings for Paramecia and Logia type DF's?

What answer? You didn't discern the difference between changing the shape of the environment and controlling the time/space continuum, those are entirely separate circumstances requiring completely different types of powers.

So, where is CoC in all of that? It has never been denied that he doesnt have it, it is simply not revealed, same for Garp.

He can but for things that are no longer really relevant, like Sengoku having CoC. It doesnt matter since he already retired and probably we wont see him in action anymore, at least not in action where his CoC would be relevant...
Spoiling CoC for characters that are still relevant in the story aint happening tho, that's why many characters simply dont have such reveals.
