It was 1 second / 1 moment. The latter would be a better translation probably since one says 1 second normally for a single moment/instant.
Actually for characters so fast as the SN, 1 second is a lot, though it depends on context anyway and the context here is that SN needed that single instant to evade and Zoro held for that time.

Manga time can very well not work linearly but there's a way to attempt to scale it by following other in-manga examples and see what we can achieve. Taking other manga as examples can prove highly misleading.

I understand that regardless how long it last it was a big feat but that doesn't mean that Kid's interpretation is 100% accurate. The point the manga is making is it all happened in a very short amount of time.
