Luffy probably told Law to teleport Zoro down, not for Law to head down to the ground floor himself. With Kid and killer holding off BM, it makes sense for Luffy and Law to tag Kaido.

It said both Law and Zoro should go down with means both states are not good. Law because he take thunder bagua and Zoro because he take both thunder bagua and hakai. They are at their limit for now, probably Hiyori healing them too?
