A : well , yes he might be able to do it and we see it but we can't see it and he can't see it and he don't know but Kaido know and I think if he didn't know he could do it better but no I can't say he have it but I can't say he didn't use it so I think we better wait

Additional Chapter 1010 Spoilers:
-Luffy tells law to teleport Zoro downstairs and says to leave it to him
-Zoro tries to stand up and say he could still fight but his body has taken so much heavy damage that his shin cracks and he falls back to the ground he then *Huff Huffs* and his eyes nearly close due to almost fainting
-Law teleports him down stairs where he uses his swords to support his weight and get up but he runs into Sanji who tells him to take care of the other small fries like King, Queen ect; he then proceeds to Knock him unconscious for hus own good
-Chapter ends with Sanjj reaching the roof and a break next week

It looks like Red Roc damages Kaido consistently but slowly. However for the slash attacks there is a threshold like thing and below that level, attacks mean nothing. Prior to Hiryu Kaen Zoro was trying to adjust his haki flow and with the HK attack he used too much haki which probably alerted Big Mom. So I think Zoro's HK or ashura attacks do more damage than Red Roc but while Zoro can attack with them only couple of times, Luffy can land Red Rocs tens or hundreds of times.
