To be fair, the ending doesn't negate those qualities in Mikasa's character.

It's honestly Eren that I'll always LOL whenever I see a picture of him again. Similar to how I feel about Obito/Tobi after reading his backstory with Rin.

So why didn't Eren just sacrifice Historia again? She was fine with it, paradis would be saved, he would have not had to commit genocide, would have ended up with Mikasa and have a happy life. Instead Historia is living a happy life while Eren and Mikasa die as virgins. Instead he sacrificed his mom WTF.
